I need your help! I was applying for K3 and my I-130 petition got approved on May, 7, 2012 and my I-129F petition got approved in May, 22, 2012. And I sent a email to NVC on May 30 and NVC emailed me back on Jun, 11 and saying my I-130 petition is en rote to NVC. And I just called NVC and the operator said NVC hasn't receive both my petition yet. I don't understand...

If my petition was actually en rote to NVC on Jun,11, 2012, it should be at NVC at this point. What do you think? And my case would be CR-1 since I-130 got approved earlier than I-129F?

It doesn't necessarily mean that the NVC doesn't have your case. More than likely, it just hasn't been logged into the NVC's system yet is all.

And yes, you will be going the CR-1 route. The K3 visa is effectively dead, so the NVC will basically close out the I-129F petition anyway. So start looking at what the NVC requires for the CR-1.

Good luck

ok, I just called NVC again and the operator told me to wait 15days from Jun 11( Since this was the day I got email back from NVC about the location of my petition), so I guess I need to call them sometime next week again!
