My wife and two fo three sons arrived here last year from Colombia. We are married and in the AOS process.

We are trying to get the third (final) son (age 17) a K2 visa now, very late in the 1 year limit.

The "1 year" for our K1 via runs out on June 28, next week.

I was, just today, able to get an interview appointment for him, but it is on Monday. That leaves only 2 business days to get blood test, chest x-rays, vaccinations, DAS and whatever else is needed before Monday. The problem is, I don't know exactly what he needs to have done and take with him on Monday. I have requested help from the embassy, but no response as yet.

Is this possible? Any help out there?

If it doesn't work, we'll have to do a I-130, 10 to 12 months.
