Hi everyone!

My questions are mainly for young petitioners between the ages of 18&UP

I am only 19 and my petition was approved and the NVC has it now. I payed my AOS bill already and soon I will be getting my package for the I-864. Now, I am currently meeting the poverty guideline for a household of 2. I started working on May 21, 2012. I get paid weekly so I have 6 paystubs to prove my yearly salary. I am also going to request a letter from my employer stating my annual salary. Now I was told on visa journey that even though I meet the guidelines, I am not guaranteed a visa for my spouse due to my previous salary. I don't meet the guidelines for tha past three years. BUT THE REASON IS BECAUSE I WAS STILL A TEENAGER AND IN SCHOOL. I did work but part time only. I am not able to get a co-sponsor so please no recommendations for that

So my questions are:

What helped you prove that your spouse wouldn't be of goverment charge?

Did you write a letter? Send proof of you attending school?
