your a us citizen you should not have any problems,you filed the 1-130-cr-1 for your husband you got the noa-1 receipt, later you got noa-2 approval, is that what you mean by saying second notice.then if your case was approved, your next step is nvc you need to file those papers from the us mailing address.before you come back to the us have your husband download ds-230 and ds-3032 have him sign the ds-230 part one only,the ds-3032 chioce of agent it can be mail to the nvc OR send it e.mail from australia, have a safe trip good luck.

Yes I meant the notice of approval. And i applied from australia so the permanent adress is of Australia that is why i was wondering.

NVC usually no mail send to you (I read from this forum)

They did send stuff to me via US postal service, but they also sent me emails. I received 1 or 2 letters in mail, but they were the exact same thing as email. You can download PDFs and print them out. Also letters didn't come in a timely manner except the one my husband received for the bounced check for the petition. If you two are living together, your spouse can receive letters at home in Australia anyways?

Yes he can receive mail i'm gonna go back to US after two months. Does that matter if i start working while im there in US? I can go any time and work as well right? then i can come back after my visit. its gonna b for three to four months. its not going to affect the process as long as we r sending NVC wat it needs right?
