my documents were approved and i got my noa1 on march 12 2012, they then said they were sending my I-130 packet for my spouse on the same day to the California service center. Do you think my packet was complete enough?

Please find enclosed the following required and supporting documents:

1.$420 money order for I-130 filing fee

2.Completed and signed form I-130

3.Four completed and signed form G-325A completed by petitioner and photograph in a baggy stapled to paper behind

4.Four completed and signed form G-325A completed by beneficiary and photograph in a baggy stapled to paper behind

5.Unaltered colored copy of my ALL pages of my U.S Passport to prove U.S citizenship

6.Copy of beneficiary’s birth certificate with copy of Official Receipt

7.Certified marriage certificate with Official Receipt

8.Actual invitation to our marriage

9.Copy of the Certificate of Authentication for my affidavit of parental consent from Consulate General of The Republic of The Philippines

10.Copy of Iron County Clerk notarizing that the notary who signed the affidavit was indeed a licensed notary

11.Copy of actual affidavit of Parent Consent to Contract Marriage with receipt of payment

12.Copy of Certificate As To Authority of the Notary Public who signed my affidavit of Parent Consent to Contract Marriage

13.Copy of Certification by the Department of Justice Bureau of Immigration in Manila

14.Copy of certificate of no marriage of my spouse before our marriage by the National Statistics Office/ Office of The Civil Registrar General.

15.Copy of Affidavit In Lieu Of Certificate Of Legal Capacity To Contract Marriage For American Citizens

16.Real Principle Sponsors paper at wedding

17.25 Pictures of us

18.Completed G-1145 form

You can add more evidence of a bona fide Marriage if you want. Do you have a joint account or lease agreement? Letters from family and friends? Otherwise, your list looks good.

i dont know why a regular certified copy of marrage isnt enough for them you know, well if the ever ask i have over 47,000 fb messages to show them lol
