Hi everybody...we filed AOS last december and the uscis notified me that it was forwarded to CSC last march but until now my case is still initial review! i just wanna know when I can possibly receive th GC? i hope it won't take longer anymore bec my state ID will be expired this month.i hope there's no problem with my case since they forwarded it to CSC.

I'm waiting since november, my case was transfered in december. To be transfered to California is the worst thing that happens.

so you mean to say you don't receive your GC yet?

I submitted my application in last september, it was trasfered to California in November and I have not heard anything untill now... 7 days ago i called USCIS customer center and I opened a request, today ( Saturday) I received a call in my cell phone from this person saying she was from USCIS and asking me questions about my case but I could not understand her, she spoke english but she had a very havy accent ( I believe was a spanish accent) I could not understand...anyway, I asked if she had a phone# because it came through as unknown # and she said she could not give me her phone#, ok, I asked why I was receiving a call from USCIS on a Saturday, she said they are working overtime... When I said I thought it was strange to be contacted on a Saturday she basicly hung up... Did anyone have the same experience?
