Hi,

1-My fiancee is living with me last one year. She filed tax return in April. She made 20000$ last year but she did not work whole year she just work for 8 months. She is now unemployed and living with me since last year. Now we filling I134 she can put in item #7 (Currently employee) unemployed?

2-in option ( i derive and annual income of:) what she put none or 20000$ which she made in 2011?

3- Her dad is our co- sponsor and he will fill separately I 134 form? In item #10 ( I have submitted a visa petition to USCIS on behalf of following person) her dad put will put none because my fiancee submitted 129f to USCIS not her dad i am right, he just put None?

4- What they put in item #11( intend? or not intend) what is this and what they will write in this section?

5-what is domicile and my fiancee need domicile she is here in UAE for last one year and we will go back together in October, 2012.

she can not list it as a current income,

the dad has to put none,cause his not the sponsor

it's better to put intend,indicate the exact nuthure and duration.

5-what is domicile and my fiancee need domicile she is here in UAE for last one year and we will go back together in October, 2012.

I can not imagine it would be this year.

She is currently visiting the UAE, her domocile in the US would be where she lives, gets mail etc. The address she used for her tax forms.

Her past income is irrelevant, current income is all that counts for I 134. Previous years is only relevant for showing that she filed taxes.
