I am getting ready to send in my I-129F but have a few questions. According to the USCIS site it states to use black ink or type but doesn't really specify which color to use for signatures. I have done mine in black but after reading the RFE thread I am now thinking about redoing them and signing in blue ink. Any suggestions?

One other issue. I have my original divorce final judgement of dissolution of marriage but it was stamped with the judges name and date. Will I get a RFE if I send that or should I just try to get another with an actual signature. Thanks in advance....Gary

I think both are ok.. we signed ours in black ink
