Hi,

I'm filling out the G-325A for myself now, and am a little confused about what to put as my addresses for the 5 years.

I have an address in NYC (with my sis in law) on my driver license because it's convenient for me, but I don't actually live there. On the weekends I'm living with my parents in NJ and this is where most of my stuff is. During the week I'm in NY in Long Island where I go to the university, and there I change addresses every semester. So technically I guess I've been living all the 5 years in NJ with my parents, but my driver license states otherwise, and I have a buncha other addresses where I've stayed for random amounts of time. So how do I fill this out?

Also, the I-129F asks the address of where my fiance will live in US. She'll live with me, but I don't know where I'll live by that point because I may or I may not move by then (probably will, and I know the address where I'll be living, but this isn't 100% certain). What should I put for that?

Also, the A# they ask for everywhere, that's the Alient registration #, right?

Aaaalsoo, I know we're supposed to provide proof of our communication, etc. I don't really have any phone bills, because at first I was buying calling cards, but they're cheap, so i only got a handful, and now we're talking through google-talk all the time (audio chat), so there are really no records of this...

For address I would put down the resident address that you use for paying taxes and drivers license, NY only issues a license to residents so that should be your residential address. If your fiance will live with your parents put that.

As for the A#, this is simple, there is none until you get the receipt and the USCIS assigns one. The reason for this on the form is if your fiance had a A# from a student, or work visa, if not put N/A or None there.

Note when your fiance eventually comes over here you will have to report any address changes to the USCIS.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Valera,

Forget about the school addesses. I agree with YuAndDan that the drivers license points to your primary place of residence being in NYC. But where are you registered to vote? What address do you put on your income tax returns?

The address where your fiancee will live when she comes to the USA can be 'to be determined' if that is the correct and truthful answer.

You do not need to provide "proof of our communication". For the petition you need to provide proof that you and your fiancee have met in person at some time during the past 2 years, and for the visa application your fiancee needs to provide proof that she isn't hooking up with you because it's the easiest way she can find to get herself into the USA and get a Green Card. Both of these issues can be addressed with things other than telephone records.
