The last fees IR-1/CR-1 visa applicants pay is the AOS ($88) and IV ($230) at NVC.

Note: There MAY be a courier fee you need to pay, but this differs by country. For Canada, for example, we have to sign up for courier service, but it's free. I don't know about the Philippines.

The only thing payable is the medical fees from St. Luke's........but that is payed at St. Lukes's and should be your last expense till CFO and Exit taxes on your way on the plane!!
