Slim:

I couldn't help but notice the Oct 17 date in your timeline for your lady to arrive...

So I just wanted to say Congratulations! And Best Wishes...

and thank you for all the insightful and informative posts that you've made to this forum...

I'm sorry I didn't get a chance to know you better several years ago when my personal journey first started, but I'm glad our paths crossed in the present time-frame.

Again, best of luck to you and your RW... no matter what, another chapter of the adventure is about to unfold...

I agree with your comments about Slim and I've certainly enjoyed reading his post and learning from him.

I hope Slim will stay on with us and use his vast knowledge to help us even more.

I've also noticed the arrival date for his lady getting close and I certainly hope everything goes well for them.

Good Luck & God Bless Slim , his lady and their new future life together.

Just what I was thinking!!!

But, as soon as the laundry is dry, (and pressed and folded), I'll be sure to be back on here (and maybe even get the little lady on here too) to pass on what I can.

Thanks a bunch for the best wishes, guys. And good luck mountainlover534!!!

Thanks again guys, and just an interesting side note, I've been listening to NPR (National Public Radio) the last couple of days, and they were saying that today at 7:46 AM the 300 millionth American will be added to our population either through birth or immigration.

I know it's not Elena (well, not exactly) but I thought it was pretty cool that she is immigrating on the day that our population topped 300,000,000. I'm thinking about getting her a T-shirt made. Any suggestions?

Front: "I'm #300,000,001" Back: "But I'm #1 for my Candy"

Or even "I helped our population exceed 300 Million and all I got was this lousy T-shirt."

Any ideas?

How about: "I helped our population exceed 300 Million, LEGALLY, and all I got was this lousy T-shirt."
