What should your medical records include?

Hello everyone,

So I need to get my hands on my medical records prior to the medical exam prior to my interview for my K1 visa. Now my question is simple, from what I could tell, aside from a record of immunization do they require much else? In other words, how detailed and complete does the medical records have to be? I have yet to find any good information as to what a medical record should include. I had a serious operation in my early teen and I wouldn't be surprised if it birthed a hefty file were I do go look for it. Is it really necessary?

I also came with a brief written history of

1. type of operations and when I'd had them,

2. allergies,

3. medications I was on (none Thank God).

4. ongoing conditions (none Thank God again LOL)

Made it very easy to go through medical and doctor took sheet and was delighted I had done this.
