Greetings all

We filed I130 and were approved and i submitted all and paid all to NVC but now i am unsure what to do. How do i proceed from here? Does NVC contact me and tell me what to do next after they review all my paperwork? They received the last of my paperwork on May 31 and i have not heard anything since, will they have reviewed it by now to see if they need to send me an RFE or does this take longer? If they reviewed it will they let me know what to do next or do i need to be proactive on this? Thanks for your help...really hoping for an interview at the embassy in july at the latest but will have to see.

Thanks again

You should be calling up NVC and seeing the current status on your case. Ask them if your AOS and IV package have been reviewed and accepted.

Once both packages are accepted, then your case is complete. You'll only know about this by CALLING NVC; they do not contact you.

After the case is complete, your case is put into the queue to get an interview date assigned. This varies by consulate/embassy, but it's typically assigned within a month of case complete. You can find this out by calling, or waiting for NVC to email you the interview letter.
