I wrote on a previous thread about my medical conditions which require treatment in the US and thus my desire to possibly expedite my case in order to come back stateside with my husband sooner. My I-130 has already been approved, so, where should I send a request to expedite? I don't know if to just shoot an email with a scan of the documents to the consular section or to DHS or what. Any ideas?

now u need to request at NVC if ur i130 approved

all u need to do is calling by phone and request for expedite then u need to show them the proof from docteur or hospital ...its depend on your case)

if ur case was strong for expedite , the NVC directly send your file to the embassy , then in 2 or 3 buisness days the embassy will contact you to pick your checklist and pappers to fill up ( ds-230-part 1 and 2 and medical exam (they will give u a list for docteurs- and the Affidavit of support- and 2 passport picture and and ....) and when u finish ur pappers u will contact them and they will put an interview date for you 1 or 2 weeks over

my expedite was approved in NVC in 2 days then in after 2 weeks after i finish from papers they set interview date for me.
