I am new to posting on visa journey but have been using it for a few months and have learnt a lot. Thank you to all those who take the time to offer answers.

I will be filing an I 751 divorce waiver this month :-( I have a question regarding one piece of evidence, joint cell phone bill. Should I include the pages that show the phone activity, texts and calls that show we communicated with each other often during the day or just the first page that shows that we have a family account? I'm afraid the package will be too thick if I include the detailed statements.

Also, has anyone ever included printouts of text messages sent between spouses with their application?

Thank you

We did not send the text print out because our bill actually shows a little thing on the first page of how many texts used etc.

We included 1 page only of the bill which was as you say the first page showing the shared account both names on our numbers etc.

Included that one page for every 4 months of the past 2 years.

I will file divorce waiver too. Some attorneys told me to print out our texts because texts are the most convincable proof about your bona fide marriage and what really happened (if spouses usually text instead of calling.) I dont have a joint phone plan with my husband and my plan is prepaid so there is no bill at all. I tried to call T-Mobile to ask if I can get bills from last year before I changed my plan but they are so serious about that and make things too complicated, dont know if I can get some bills or not.

I think its better to send all evidences the first time so they will not send you RFE and the process time will be faster.

By the way, are u filing I-751 right after you get the finalised divorce decree or this is during your 90-day window? My conditional green card will expire August next year but because uncontested divorce takes only 1 month in my state so our divorce may be finalised by August this year. I had hoped that I can file I-751 waiver next year :(

Thanks everyone for the responses so far. I am filing immediately after I receive the decree. I have gathered all my evidence, waiting for the decree and then will send.

We had a lot of conversations via text and I heard that with smartphones it may be possible to print them out ( submit as proof same way I would submit emails if I had them) wondering if anyone has ever done that?

Imani, I don't know if anyone has ever printout texts but I will do that for sure because I don't have joint bank acct and we didn't file tax jointly. Dont know if I can print texts out with my superrrrrr old Nokia phone :bonk: , will have to ask someone from t-mobile store.

Hope that we won't receive RFE. Let me know how things go with your case! Good luck!!!
