i would like to ask here in VJ coz my husband is a member of carpenter union and i am confused regarding on his employers name because his work is seasonal and not permanent for example feb to april he is working to william employers and sometimes he can get another job from union aug to nov other employer name again..i dont know what i can put on the employers name because he is not working for year he work for a month and we are doing the aos package while fill up the i-864 and i know that he wrote on his g-325a that his employer is carpenter union local 225 with william plants. i am so worried what we need to write and i cant say that he is self employed coz he receiving w2 from different employers in a year. please help me with this topic..

What does he put on his tax return? That should match ... I have the same thing because I am contracted also thus my work is "Independent Contractor" like your husband. He does not work for the union at all.

well my husband is working carpenter thats what he said on me and i saw his itr 2011 he listed 3 employers there and one of this is he wrote on g-325a the william plant services llc i am confused coz he is working there on that company or employer for every feb to april and aug to nov only every year and i saw that on her 2010 and 2011 itr that he gave me. i am confused coz he wrote on g-325a while we filed it in uscis way back oct 17 2011 regarding on his employment he put there carpenter union william plant services year 2002 up to present knowing that he is seasonal working there gosh heaving headache on this and now we fill out i-864 for employers there what we going to put coz recently he was laid off this May and thinking to go back work soon month..do i told him to put there he is unemployed even he work from feb. to april only and he gave me his paystub email. please help..and i appreciated

I would enter his occupation as Journeyman Carpenter, Local 225 and then list William.... as his employer. They'll understand he may sometimes work elsewhere. Calculate his current income by taking the gross amount through the end of April, divided by 5 and then multiply by 12.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

I would enter his occupation as Journeyman Carpenter, Local 225 and then list William.... as his employer. They'll understand he may sometimes work elsewhere. Calculate his current income by taking the gross amount through the end of April, divided by 5 and then multiply by 12.

I see my math is wrong. If you have May earnings, divide end of May by five then multiply by 12. If you have only April, divide by 4 and multiply by 12, or just multiply by 3. Same answer.
