hey everyone i am fustrated and tired of this foolishness every step there is some problems

i want to know why person who got approved after me NVC has received their case and they are assigned their new case numbers already if USCIS sent out the petition as they said they did why is it NVC has not recieved it as yet i am so mad right now and just cant deal with this and we are not getting a straight answer at all i had to wait 5 months for the petition to be approved and now i am at the stage where things should be alot faster and its not what are we suppose to do i am confused, fustrated and angry i really need some closure

It took 5 or a little over 5 months for USCIS to approve ours and about 3.5 weeks for NVC to approve. You are pretty much on average time here. Some people have waited longer then you have actually. Also there's really no time where they would go faster or give you a straight answer. Just be patient and hope that they don't have to rfe you at NVC stage cuz I've seen that happened....well more like send it back to uscis. Just keep calling them once a week or more like every two week.

Edit: well you guys waited a long time at NVC right?

But I wish the best for you guys. Hope you don't have to wait longer either.

The worst part is comparing the time lines. And if you do compare the time lines for JA VJer's....we are all pretty close with regards to dates. So that gets you even more frustrated. There is no rhyme or reason to this process. I called every day once I received the approval from USCIS. And those 15 some days sucked. Hang in there. Keep calling daily.
