Hello,

From what I understand there are 2 different places which need to sign before going to K-1 Interview

DS-230 Part I (After point 35, Page 2 of 4)

Ds-156 (Point # 41, Page 2 of 2), this is the form which is with the barcode & a 3rd page does print out, this 3rd page does not need to be signed.

Hopefully this helps.

Good Luck.

You can sign all documents except DS 156 k, since this one is required to be signed in front of a consular officer. All the other forms you can hand in signed after the receipt of Pack 3.

As far as I remember, you must sign DS 230 and DS 156, saying that you agree and understood the terms and that everything you provided above was correct and the truth. Therefore you can sign all documents. On DS 156 k it also says DO NOT WRITE BELOW THIS LINE. Just follow the instructions on each form and you should be fine.

Hope that helps!

Hi there,

I am a little confused too as I have my interview on the 30th and I thought it was the DS-230 Part II that needed to be signed during the interview.

Thanks

Gemma

Will have my interview on the 30th too. I guess it depends on the place for Interview. :)
