hi all

well my lawyer got in touch today to say that he has recieved the rfe... and everything they are asking for we have allready sent .. can you believe these ppl???

they want our kids birth certificates ( which i allready sent)

a copy of my birth certificate (beneficiary)

my decree absolute....(allready sent)

and letters of at least 4 people to say that we have been together in the last 2 years ( allready sent plus we have 2 kids aged 2 and 1)

even the lawyer said that this is bull!! and our adjudicator must have been in a stinker of a mood! so i hope none of you get the same one we did

anyway good luck to all who are still waiting ...just thought id let you all know what evidence they are asking for :(

They could have misplaced or lost part of your file which is why they are requesting it as well. It seems that a lot of people receive RFEs for information that has already been submitted.

We also had a RFE...for certified divorce decree's from myself and from my other half...they seem to want a signature on my decree however - in the uk it is simply stamped with a court stamp and the crown of her majestys court servises....surely they have seen this before???
