i-864 Question

Ok, I just paid the I-864 AOS Bill online, It is still "IN-PROCESSING" so I figured I would just fill out the I-864EZ (Which applies to me) and get it ready, I ran into a little part that is probably alot less confusing than I am making it out to be in my head, but here it goes.

On the form I-864EZ part 19 FEDERAL INCOME TAX INFORMATION, it has 2 boxes that can be selected and 3 Lines that can be filled out (TAX YEAR, AND INCOME), I am selecting the box that says "(Optional) I have attached photocopies or transcripts...." Do I still have to fill out the 3 lines of information above that, or is that only for the people who include only 1 transcript?

Here is the link to the I864EZ so you guys can take a look at it and see what I am talking about

Thank you all for the help!

- Robert
