They only have no fee if you file for them WITH your I-485. If you've already filed for AOS and didn't include those, you can file for EAD/AP separately. Include the NOA that shows you've filed for AOS and they will waive the fee.

Again, if you file them WITH your AOS, it's free. If you're just filing for EAD/AP, then no, they have a cost. And they're not cheap, from what I can remember. You can look up the forms on uscis.gov if you're curious. However, since you've filed for AOS, they will waive the fee. Most people send the forms with their AOS package, but you didn't, but you can still send them in with the NOA from your AOS and have the fee waived.

Small quibble: include a COPY of the NOA1 with the I-131 and I-765 you'll submit, not the original. Keep the original.
