If you just got your NOA2 your not filing AOS yet. To file AOS you have to both be in the USA and married.

Moving your question to the K-1 forums from the AOS forums.

If you were legally required to file taxes last year, then you need to file the back taxes now. If you were not legally required to file, then write a statement as to why you were not legally obligated by the IRS to do so. It would help to list what IRS Pub states you were not legally required to do so. Provide a letter from your employer and a few months worth of your most recent pay stubs. If you are making enough, then you do not need to list assets, but you can list them if you think it would help your case. Put down how much you have in savings and then show bank statements to prove the amount you list.

If your income is borderline along the 125% mark for your household size plus the beneficiary, then you might want to have a co-sponsor lined up just in case the CO wants to see one.
