a guardian can take the children to the medical and interview.

Hi, new here but it all makes interesting reading! I have a question for anyone that can help. My ex husband is working in US but currently back in the UK trying to sort out a work visa and having a few problems I understand. He has a fiance in the US and they plan to marry as soon as we're divorced but my question is about him wanting our children to live with him in the US. As far as I understand he is on a temporary work contract and has been coming back to the UK every 3 months for a couple of days before going back. He says that it would be easy for him to get visas for the children to live with him. I would hope that someone who knows would be able to reassure me that this is not the case as his lifestyle and outlook are not conducive with raising children add to that the fact that he may not even be working in the US in a years time.

Any help appreciated and I hope I've posted in the right place.

You do realize you are asking this question in the Philippine forum?

Laws regarding him bringing the children to the U.S. are country specific, as I am ( and doing "the bad") assuming you have custody.

If you need help PM me. I just finished same procedure. My wife came first and her son (my step son) just came to USA. Her aunt took him for his medical and interview.
