Hello again, sorry to bother everyone again, but I do have a small question... My k1 case is pretty complicated so I've spent a whole lot of time looking at the later end of what happens in this process and I've come to the realization I don't really know much about the start of it.... Does my USC fiancé once we have all the forms filled out... Physically have to attend an interview or make an appointment to hand them in... Or does she post them in? Does she have to attend a uscis centre at any point? Thanks guys! And girls!

Dave,

Your fiance will mail the completed petition, the payment, and all supporting documents to the appropriate USCIS Texas lockbox location. She can not physically hand it in. Then the waiting begins.

I've never heard of anyone being interviewed during the review and decision process for a K1 visa petition.

Good Luck!

The I-129F instructions tell you where to mail them, what the fee is, who to make the check out to, etc. It is very important to read through all the instructions for the form. It can help you not miss anything. http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-129finstr.pdf

After reading through the I-129F form instructions, it is also very helpful to read through the K-1 guide here on VJ: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide
