hello.....my fiancee filed the petition including my son which is 6yrs old....does my son need to appear during the interview?...is that posible that i can be with me??so we can book the flight together with my son is our visa is approved..pls ans...thanks for all infos.....s..godbless>>>

You will take him to the interview with you. He needs to be there. They might not really talk to him much but they do want to confirm that they are issuing the visa to the right person. He should get his approval and visa together with yours. I petitioned previously for a fiancee who already had a son and he was on a K-2 tied to her K-1. We did not originally take him to the interview since he was sick, but we had to go back another time to take him with us. Your son MUST be at the interview.

Anyone who is applying for a visa regardless of age should be present during the interview.
