Hello everyone,

Whooo! It's been a long time since I've been in this forum. This forum has helped me alot with my papers. Now I am ready to apply file for the removal of conditional status or file the form I-751. My two years will be done this August. I have a few questions and I hope that I can get answers here. Thank you I appreciate if very much.

1. Do I need to submit evidences of marrige together with the filled out I-751 application?

2. We have our second baby now do I need to submit a copy of her birth certificate with the application as well?

3. What about my green card? Do I need to give mail it with the packet or a photocopy would work?

4. Is there anything else I need to know?

Thank you so much!

1. Yes.

2. It's not specifically requested but it would be a very good idea, yes.

3. Photocopy. You still need to be carrying around the original, even after it hits it's expiry date. You will get a letter that extends it. Do not send them your green card in the mail.

4. Read back through this forum for at least several months worth of posts, and read evey single post where people post their cover letters and evidence lists. That will give you a good idea what you need to send.

Here's my cover letter and list:
