I-130 waiting for NOA2

Hello,

I set-up my time line. And it says that "Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between August 1, 2012 and September 3, 2012*."

After like hour I went back to my timeline and see if anything changed and it said "Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between July 31, 2012 and September 3, 2012*."

Is this pretty accurate? from when I should be getting my NOA2?

I also went to the USCIS & DOS Reported Processing Times for CSC. Does the U.S. citizen filing for a spouse, parent, or child under 21 also apply for over 21? because i couldn't find that.

That date range is based on current approvals of other VJ users, but it could it could come faster, or it might take longer. I think at the moment the USCIS website is reporting about 5 months for all I-130s other than LPRs filing for their spouse.

I didn't know u could petition a child over 21.

And the date range is based on VJ folk. Remember we are only a piece of that large pie you see on the USCIS website. It changes I am sure every time someone inputs their information and moves on. But basically look for 5 months from your file date notice and anything less is a blessing.
