No, my ex-bf didn't apply for an I-129F or anything. I don't know if "visiting a friend" instead of "visiting my ex-boyfriend" would not possibly raise more questions about why I visited that "friend" so often in the US for about two years - and then suddenly the visits stopping.

Besides, upon arrival in the US I had always told the IO that I was visiting my boyfriend. I am sure they still have that somewhere stored in their electronic files, right?

If asked, just tell the truth good.gifI don't know if they save our answers at the POE (I seriously doubt it), but even if they do...it doesn't matter. Your ex-bf is part of your past. You have done nothing wrong, nothing illegal, you didn't overstay....Once again.. nothing to be worried about.

And for the record, even if he had filed for you.... there are many people who get filed for more than once...mind you they might have hidden motives, but I'm sure there has to be some people without any hidden agendas for whom it was a mere coincidence. It's not forbidden for a petitioner, to petition more than once, and it's not forbidden for a person to become the beneficiary of two different people either (may raise some questions, but that's a whole different story). whistling.gif
