No need to worry. USCIS just hasn't updated the form yet.

If you look on their site with the link above, they also accept the forms from 06/14/10 and 02/19/10. Government forms always have an expiration date, but it doesn't mean they don't accept old versions.

One more question I hope you can all answer, for Question #20, Your fiance will apply for a visa abroad at the American Embassy or Consulate at:

City and Country...

So is that where she will be wanting to go for the interview and such, or is this left blank and they determine this upon acceptance?

I put this as where my guy will go for his interview, etc. - the embassy nearest him, but that was easy since he lives in London and there's an embassy there lol.

I put the consulate nearest my fiance (Toronto). Turns out that one doesn't process K1s so when it got to that part they just set it up in Montreal automatically. Put the one closest and they'll adjust it if necessary.

Service Center: California Service Center

Consulate: Montreal, Canada

9/19/11: I-129F Sent

9/22/11: I-129F NOA1

(RFE details can be found here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/365210-rfe-primary-vs-secondary-evidence-feed-back-please/)
