SO today I went for a tourist visa and was denied with the boxes ticket: misrepresentation and ordered removed while order outstanding.

Let me give you a little background on what my case is. When I was a minor my mom took me to the US and overstayed, she eventually got married to a USC and I was given my conditional green card. Sometime when I was 11 the married went bad and the guy reported my mom saying she married him for USC. Anyways my mom eventually married another guy whom she knew from since I was born and we left while the case was going on. I was 13 around that time. My mom eventually migrated back to the US with her new husband and he petition for her in 2001. However this brought back the old case (which btw she won but we were out of the country to claim out greencards etc) So now today I went and applied for my B2 visa to spend time with a friend and this guy tells me there was a deportation order for me in 2001 when I was over 18 and because I was an adult and because I never mentioned that in the Visa form he gave me a misrepresentation slip, I even showed me all my old passports of when I came back to my country and he still wasn't convinced. SO hears my question, if my mom wins this current case which is due in October will my conditional green card be restored and will this denial affect me ? I honestly knew nothing about this since I left when I was 13 and it was just as surprising to me as anyone else. Thanks

You left when you were 13 and how old are you now? Over 18 right?

Why would anything affecting your mother's immigration to the US restore your conditional green card? You are a legal adult and independent of her

Are you looking to migrate back to the US or visit?

Good luck

I left when I was 13 yes but according to DHS they never saw this and they still think im in the country and hence when my mom went to AOS with her new husband it reopended the old case which I was involved in and they ordered that me and my mom be removed but the funny thing is i was already gone long time ago when I was 13. I even got a visa back when I was 16 and I offered to show him that. In my DS160 form I couldn't confirm that dates I stayed so I put the one time when I went and it was for 10 days. But to the CO he thinks I was there when I was over 18. SO i called my moms lawyer and he said once my moms old case is won I should have my green card restored and no I wasn't going to live I was going on vacation.
