My IMBRA rfe got lost in the mail in June. The USCIS mailed me a document on august 11th saying that they would resend the RFE. Here two months have passed, and still no letter has arrived. In the mean time, I filled out the new I129f that has the IMBRA questions and mailed it in, just in case that might work. My case got touched two days last week, but my case notice stayed the same. I am sure that other people have asked this, but does sending in the amended version of the I129f work? do they accept it ever? What might the touches mean?

You can search for other threads, but as far as I remember, other posters have tried sending the updated version of I-129F to try and avoid having to wait for the IMBRA RFE with no success.

Touches mean someone worked on your case. No one knows for sure what they do so there's a touch on our online status.

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.
