HELP PLEASE!

My fiance currently lives / works in Canada. She is not a citizen of Canada, but of the Philippines. Her work visa expires in Canada on 11/15 of this year. What address should be placed on the 129-F form, her current address in Canada or in the Philippines? I am worried that with processing times they may not reach her in time and she will have moved back to the Philippines possibly by the time they wish to do an interview or what not in Canada. I am so confused and need help please .

if she'll be back in Philippines this year, you'll want to use that for her address. case will be sent to the consulate where u state as her residence. if she doesn't have legal residence in Canada by the time the interview is scheduled (if u use Canada as her address), I'm afraid you'll run into issues. all the best

Figure it takes 6-8 months before the petition is approved and on its way to the embassy for the K-1 process, where will she be in 6+ months, then figure 1 -2 more months to complete the K-1 visa? Looks like she would be back in the Philippines IMHO.
