I got our NOA2 dated for April 15th and called last week. They told me I had to wait 15 business days for them to even get it. I've also heard quite a bit about a NVC backlog and case numbers taking about a month. The most you can do is wait those 15 business days and continue to call for your case number. Good luck.

We got our NOA2 March 27. I e-mailed NVCINQUIRY@state.gov about a week ago and never received a response. I just called the 607 number and was told my case number is not showing up in the system and to scan and e-mail a copy of my NOA2 to nvcresearch@state.gov. Nothing like getting this far and having your case stall and/or disappear from their "system"...
