Guys just need a little information abt NVC Email system...

I emailed NVC to change my email address and mentioned my new email ID in the mail...I emailed them thru my new email address and also wrote NVC case No. in Subject line of mail....

I also mentioned my name and DOB and Petitioner name and DOB...

Till now i havent received any mail from their automated system about the receipt of mail...

i am just wondering if they have changed their system coz earlier when i mailed them i got autaomated response within 1 hour of the delivery...then why i haven't received any reply ???

After How many days can i get their conformation that they have noted my new email address and changed old one...???

November 15 2013 I-130 Received at Chicago Lockbox Facility


November 18 2013 Email from USCIS about Petition Acceptance (PD Nov 15 2013)


November 19 2013 I 797 NOA 1 received by mail


March 24 2015 Received E Mail and Text Notification about Case transfer to another USCIS Office


March 28 2015 Received Hard copy of Transfer Notice from USCIS


March 31 2015 Case Approved by USCIS


April 1 2015 Received Email and Text message for Case Approval


April 4 2015 Received Hard Copy of NOA2 from USCIS



NVC STAGE


April 16 2015 Case received at NVC


April 24 2015 Case Number and IIN received on Call


April 27 2015 Paid AOS Fees and Submitted DS-261


April 29 2015 Welcome Letter from NVC in Email


May 05 2015 DS-261 reviewed over phone


May 06 2015 AOS & Civil Documents sent to NVC


May 07 2015 Documents received at NVC


May 08 2015 Email from NVC to pay IV Fees


June 08 2015 IV PAID


June 10 2015 Submitted DS-260


July 13 2015 Case Completed


July 29 2015 Finally....Got Interview Date

It took 7 days for them to respond to my emails. You could just call them. It would be faster.

08/01/12-Married08/17/12-Applied for Social Security Card09/23/12-Husband received his Social Security card!09/27/12-Filed AOS09/28/12-AOS package received10/01/12-Text message from USCIS10/03/12-Check cashed10/09/12-NOA1 for I485,I765,I131 AND Biometrics Appointment Letter10/24/12-Biometrics Appointment12/11/12-EAD and AP Approved-75 days12/14/12-EAD/AP Card Production ordered12/21/12-EAD/AP Card came in the mail06/22/13-Green Card Approved06/27/13-Greed Card Production Ordered06/29/13-Green Card came in the mail<p>

04/09/15-Mailed ROC

04/10/2015-Package received

04/14/2015-Check cashed

06/02/2015-Called Service Center (still no NOA1) Service request found out wrong address on paperwork! :(

06/03/2015-Called to get address updated Ar11 online add change didnt work-got infopass for June 10th

06/10/2015-Went to info pass appt. Hubby got a 1yr. Extension stamp in his passport and biometrics done

08/12/2015-ROC Approved. Got letter in the mail.

08/29/2015-received new card in the mail.

Thanx for the INformation but i wanted to know why didnt i received ant automated response from NVC ???

I have emailed NVC from my new Email Address so i think they will reply me at new email ...
