There shouldn't be any reason to deny you as long as you have all the required documents they ask of you. Even in that case, it would be only a set back. Just get your documents together and be prepared for more questions. Apparently, they like to ask questions that are similar to the USEM interview as well like: US fiance's mother's maiden name, address of employment, employment title, salary etc.

thank you..read it somewhere hehehe not sure if its true..thanks made me happy :)

I have also read that too, but I think that is extremely rare. Without all the details, it is impossible to determine the reasoning behind it. There have probably been cases where a young fiancee didn't have parental consent or advice, and that might have caused a stumbling block per Filipino Family Code. I have read that they tend to ask of that for applicants 24 and younger.

i don't think so if you have all the requirements they needed you will be fine :)

All I know, is that I need you... I need you in my life as much as I need food or water or air to breathe - for the longest time, I've had this thirst deep inside... only to be known and understood and be loved for who I am. I have longed for someone, someone like you - to share my life with... all the ups and downs and everything in between. then out of no where - you walked into my life, quenching my thirst, satisfying my longing. and I know from every thing with in - that you are the one... you're the one I've been waiting for all this time. I want and I need you - more than I can usually find words to say... But today and always - please believe and know that you're the one for me and I'll hold you close and I'll never want to let you go...

I have not heard of anyone being denied a CFO sticker, have heard of some having to bring more documents or info. Just have the documents the want and all is good: Copies of your passport bio page, visa page, CENOMAR, certifed birth certificate, copy of USC birth certificate, passport bio page, divorce decree (if previous married) and known his mother's maiden name, oh and pictures of the two of you together.

I found this, and I think it was the one I read before. No biggy though, but I am not sure how the OP of this link overlooked that one. This is a IR-1/CR-1 case but still, visa and passport information is obviously important at seminar dictating one's travel out of the country.

Since I believe the CFO organization needs ur money and exists mostly for their own self interest, my guess is the rare denial is for theatrical purposes only, and quickly resolved.
