My fiancé and I are getting married in a few months and will then apply for a spousal visa for him to enter the States. He has a 16 year old son from a previous marriage, and from what I understand I will just list his son on the I-130 and that then includes him in the visa process. Because the visa approval may take place mid-term, we are trying to find out if his son could come down here early and start school at the beginning of the term, before the visa has been approved. I'm guessing the answer is no, but I'm wondering if anyone knows for sure, and also if there are any other options. Thanks!

one procedural error -

it's 1 I-130 for each person.

2 people? 2 I-130's.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
