hi

i just wanted to knw do we need to submit original tax returns along with i 134 or a fax or scanned copy will do?

thanx

Copies of your COMPLETE tax returns plus any W-2s and/or 1099s. Free tax return transcripts from the IRS are best because they are direct from the IRS and include everything you need. You won't have to worry if your returns are complete or not, and no need to send in W-2s with those either.

(I know I am not from India, but this sounded more like a general question, than an India specific one)

ok so i dont need the original ones only fax copy of the income tax returns will do????

You only need copies of the tax returns, but you need to have an I-134 with an original signature on it. No fax or copy of that.
