hi guys, i was confused when i filed my AOS last month. I did'nt sent them filled out forms of EAD and AP because i thought that i need to pay separate bill for them ( aside from the $1070 that i paid.)

My question now is, can i still send them EAD and AP forms?or do i still need to pay for it?

My biometrics appointment is on May 16,2012. I was just thinking if i can still file for EAD and AP since my case is still pending.

Thanks for your help. :)

You can send them you must include a copy of the NOA1 from the AOS with each form set.

They are like 2 different petitions so each needs a copy of NOA1 with it passport photos with them and supporting docs with them. But you mail them in the same envelope.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Thanks for the quick reply. What other supporting docs do i need to send them?

Have a read of the instructions for the 2 forms on USCIS. They list what you need to include as evidence.
