The AOS fee will be invoiced -- then your husband can pay it.

The IV (Immigrant Visa) fee will be invoiced and paid online. You can not pay for the visa fee at BPI in your case, that applies to K-1 applicants.

Most wait to complete the medicals after the Case Complete notification from NVC. For the obvious reason that your visa validity is the same as your medical.

NVC will process your case until you get the coveted "Case Complete," the only time you will deal with USEM is for the interview and visa issuance.
