Hi!

I have been reading through lots of questions, and I am trying to figure out if I can file for my I-130 and get an L1 visa at the same time. I currently work for Starbucks in Vancouver, BC, Canada, and I'm trying to find out if I can go and work for Starbucks in the US while my I-130 is being processed? I have read about dual-intent vs immigrant intent, but I am still not 100% sure about it.

Thanks
