A bit worry. I sent out my application by Fedex as was received by the mailroom at Chicago lockbox last 04/20/2012 but until now we haven't received an email or text confirmation/NOA. Is it at Chicago Lockbox that they will give the NOA or at the local USCIS (in our case it's Tampa) where it will be coming from?

thanks in advance.

NOA will come from Chicago or from the NBC in Missouri.

The local office has nothing to do with your case unless you are having an interview.

Time to relax because your case has only been there a great 4 days! It can take 3 weeks to 30 days to get an NOA in the mail.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Unless, you turned in G-1145, USCIS will not email or text you when they get it. You should have NOA1 in a week or so... Good Luck to your Journey! :)

Yes, the G-1145 is right after the overall cover letter. We submitted only one G-1145 for all the applications submitted at the same time.

Thanks for the reply! God bless!
