I was looking over the questionnaire for the medical exam and noticed this question;

Have you ever caused deliberate damage to property or had trouble with the law because of a mental condition, mental disorder or while under the influence of alcohol or drugs?

I was arrested back in my teenage days for 'Drunk and Disorderly" but not convicted of anything. presumably because of this I should answer yes to this question?

Has anyone else with a similar arrest/conviction had any issues with this?

I don't want to have to undergo further tests/analysis if they decide I have an alcohol problem lol

Are you the Petitioner or Beneficiary? Your NOA1 is Approved and a Non-Conviction need not be listed. (I-129-F.) USC's don't have Medical Exams. It is VERY probable the Arrest will show but a Non-Conviction.

What I would think is: Is the offenses repetitive and bodily harm to another as a result. That would hurt, but does not appear to be the case from your post.

We all make mistakes young or old. If in fact a non-conviction then no ordered treatment(s) were required by Laws.

I assuming your the Beneficiary?

In either Case: Answer all questions truthfully.

One Alcohal related Offense can be overcome. Please give more information to help Members understand the question better. Thus, better advice from Members.

I wouldn't answer yes unless I had self harmed myself by slicing my wrists or had a manslaughter conviction due to drunkeness. They will know your arrest history because you will take a copy of the police report to Knightsbridge clinic for the exam. They will determine if you have an addiction problem by discussing your arrest and drinking habits.
