What are some of the best options for mailing documents required for the interview? My fiance does not live in a major city, and when I attempted to acquire some quotes online it directed me toward "special assistance." So far I've looked into Fed Ex and UPS. Just wondering how everyone here went about the process. Thanks for any help.

Hi there, I know that DHL is very big in Ukraine, I have also often used regular Post office, and have had documents sent to me from there take 9 days and going there take 10-12 days. Safest but more expensive is DHL.

I brought them myself in hand carried luggage (good thing because they lost my lugguage on that flight)

NEVER Mail anything into Ukraine that is important using regular mail. Ukraine's mail service is FAR too unreliable and the same gfoes for Russia. They have a tremendous problem of theft in the mail and nearly any package that looks like it may be "valuable" is stolen.

Use Fedex or UPS (DHL is also OK and usually cheaper if you have them where you live) Send it for STATION PICKUP, do not send it for home delivery. They all use local contractors for home delivery, station pickup keeps it in control of Fedex or UPS. When it arrives she will go to the Fedex office to pick it up. I have need to send important documents to Russia and Ukraine regularly and will never do it any other way. Pay the fee and sleep well.

Thanks for the input guys. I'll be glad to pay the fee and know that it's going to get there in a reliable manner.
