Timeline

Hi I'm preparing the things I need to send to my Fiancee just to be Sure:

(So pls tell me if I lack something or if there's anything wrong..=D)

> Pay stubs, Bank Statements, Letter of Employer

> Original NOA1 hard copy, RFE copy, NOA2 hard copy

> W2 for my taxes

> Letter of Intent to Marry

> Affidavit of Support (Form I-134)

> Additional Evidences of ongoing relationship

> Originals of things I sent on my I-129F Form and RFE

..must have forgotten something, what do u guys think?

Can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you..

10/10/2011 - I-129F Sent

10/25/2011 - NOA1

04/18/2012 - NOA2 :)

05/16/2012 - Medical Done

05/30/2012 - Interview - Visa Approved!

06/09/2012 - Visa on Hand

06/28/2012 - POE (D.C)

AOS Process

08/17/2012 - I-485 and I-765 Sent

08/23/2012 - NOA1 (I485 and I-765)

08/24/2012 - Cash Checked

09/10/2012 - Biometrics Done

10/22/2012 - EAD Approved

10/29/2012 - EAD Card Received

how about itr copy for the past 3 years?

What If the ITR I have is just for the past year? Will that be a problem?

Can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you..

What If the ITR I have is just for the past year? Will that be a problem?

it depends with the interviewing CO, sometimes th recent is fine as long as its above poverty level. but that are some that would ask to see it so its always best to make sure she have it at hand just incase to avoid 221g. you can easily request a print out from IRS

*Orig CENOMAR

*Logs of communications (chats, calls or emails)

*NOAs

*Photos of you & fiancé (also with family)...

01-30-2012: Submitted AOS application thru USPS (Chicago Lockbox)
02-06-2012: Received Text/Email, application received by USCIS
02-10-2012: Received mail/hard copy of I-131 (NOA)
02-15-2012: Received mails/hard copies of I-765 & I-485 (NOAs) / Mail for Biometrics Appt.
03-06-2012: Biometrics Appointment done
03-14-2012: Received mail for Interview Appt on 16th April 2012.
04-04-2012: EAD/AP approved
04-12-2012: EAD/AP card received ;-)
04-16-2012: Interview day - Approved! (waiting for GC)
04-23-2012: Welcome Letter touched
05-03-2012: GC on hand!

Also send a copy of your divorce decree, BIO page from your passport, and copy of your birth certificate - this will all be needed at CFO time

Do you have the send the original NOA1, RFE and NOA2 copies? I'm not sure lol

Just send to my Fiancee, but not during her interview. Just in case they need to check it?

We have never been married, nor 1 of us did. :) so i think divorce decree is excluded in th things we need. we're both 23y/o and together for 5yrs. so I think none of us got married. :D and thanks for the other info. will include that on my list:)
