st luke medical....... vaccine records... HELP

she doesn't have a vaccine records, would this be a problem? she have all the shots from when she was a baby, and she graduated nursing...

any advices. please... what should i tell her? and what should i tell her to do to have this vaccine records?

Timeline

The examinaer should make sure she has all the required vaccinations to enter the states. She can just ask them.

04/09/15-Mailed ROC

04/10/2015-Package received

04/14/2015-Check cashed

06/02/2015-Called Service Center (still no NOA1) Service request found out wrong address on paperwork! :(

06/03/2015-Called to get address updated Ar11 online add change didnt work-got infopass for June 10th

06/10/2015-Went to info pass appt. Hubby got a 1yr. Extension stamp in his passport and biometrics done

08/12/2015-ROC Approved. Got letter in the mail.

08/29/2015-received new card in the mail.

I would not worry about this. they will give her the shots she needs and unlike a lot of other places the medical fee covers the cost of the shots she needs.

Hello,

If she cant find a copy of her vaccination before dont bother, it is okay. What we pay for the medical covers all the vaccination she needed.

Best if you read the info from St. Luke Medical Extension Clinic website:

Look under Required Documents : Self Reported Vaccines and Medical Examination Fees: Medical exam fee is inclusive of vaccines, she will receive age appropriate vaccines at the exam. You can also view the Working Flowchart, this can be a big help for her to understand what will take place.

i didnt have a record of my old vaccine either, they just based on what i said and the vaccine scar on my shoulders then gave me two shots more which is required before entering US

I have a question about medical as well. What if I had vaccinations a month before the Medical, will that be a problem? will they still require me to have vaccinated?
