Timeline

I have just been told GC ordered so my ROC will be sent off in January 2014 I hope to go to Australia with my wife in April 2014 will my 10 year GC be back before April and if not will I still be able to leave the Country and return if the 2 year has run out thanks for any help

Two years from now, who knows what the timelines will be? But the good news is-- your receipt (NOA1) is a 1 year extension so you'll be good until approx April 2015. Travel with your 2 yr card and the letter that says you are extended and you'll be fine. Your biometric appointment will likely be Jan/Feb so that will be out of the way. There is rarely an interview with ROC.
