My first post! I was just wondering how people have been managing to actually talk to a representative at USCIS? I can't manage to get off the automated system?

I have called on several occasions between what they say are there regular service hours and yet no luck.

Maybe I should just not follow directions and wait on the line or press "0" and some soul will talk to me!

Press 1 for case status, then press the number that you cannot find your receipt number, then it will prompt you where to find it but press again that you still can't (you know it, I'm sure, but just say that you don't) and then you will be transferred to a live person. I had the same problem and that's what people here suggested to me

anytime i want to talk to someone i go click the recent update then click #3 to report any problem then it will automatic transfer u to (human)customer service...they will assist u no matter what...it works for me lol
