documents to China

Hello,

I just got off the phone with the NVC and they said my wife will need the actual forms I-864 forms my joint sponsor and I filled out for her interview. My problem is the mail service in China is bad at best and I was hoping some of you know a reliable and speedy courier service they we can use to insure she gets the documents? Thank you for the help.

I never had any problems with the US Post Office / EMS. But if she lives near a major city, FedEx or UPS will get it in her hands.

I have used International Express with USPS, and EMS always calls my wife to make delivery .

I tape 3 to 4 labels on the outside, her address in Chinese.

I use Priority Mail International with USPS, track it online, then when it hits China my wife calls EMS to arrange for the package to be delivered. Same bit, 3 to 4 address labels in Chinese taped to the outside.

re: EP processing - must to send originals of everything submitted to NVC during the NVC document intake,

to GUZ IV, on interview day (which is actually document intake day at GUZ IV) it's not just the I-864 stuff, it's EVERYTHING.

Make sure she has originals of EVERYTHING that you submitted into NVC. It's a requirement that she show them, since she used EP at NVC..
