this is so sad ...we waited a long time for our NOA1 but we got this letter yesterday sad to say my man is currently working in iraq he doesn't know how to send money again for the filling fee,he said he can't buy $170 money order in iraq i told him to send check but he don't know how do to it?ANY ADVICE?

Aug. 09,2007-Passport Amended in Philippine Embassy Washington D.C. (done the next day)

Aug. 21,2007- Biometrics AOS and AED

Sept.26,2007- EAD Card production ordered

Oct. 01,2007-EAD Approval Notice Sent(Recieved in the mailed Oct.04)

Oct. 03,2007-Passed the Driver Test Iam a license driver now yey-AOS Transferred to CSC

Nov. 27,2007-Card Production Prdered

Possibly get a certified bank check made out in US dollars from a bank.

Or better yet if he has family in the states have him ask a family member to go to the local post office and get him a money order. Have the family member make the MO out to "Department of Homeland Security or U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services" before sending it to him. It is not a good idea to send one that has a blank payable line on it.
