Address question...

What should I do if I can't find one of my old addresses? I lived in Sacramento for about a month and a half during the summer of 2004, but I have no idea what the actual address was. Should I just give a short explanation on the g-325 attatchment? Any other suggestions??? My gut feeling is that it really isn't a big deal and I'm just over-thinking things (as I usually do), but I seem to remember a few people getting RFE'd for stuff like this.

Thanks,

Matt

You should be fine. (P.S. that address might be on your credit report if you ever had any utility bills in your name).

I've seen mention in this forum that just as long as you sign and date the G325a, you'd be okay. That's a LITTLE extreme for my tastes, but I'd recommend puttind down as much as you can. Do you have a street name? Or a zip code?

Matt,

My gut feeling is that your gut feeling is correct. Put down as much of the address as you can remember and fit into the space provided.

Did you really live in Sacramento, or were you there only temporarily, passing through or visiting? I spent 3 months in San Diego once, on loan to a company by my employer for a special assignment, but I wouldn't say that I lived in San Diego. More recently I took a 1-year consulting job in Thailand that stretched to 2 years, and I would say that I lived in Bangkok.

I was living/working, but for only about a month and a half as I said before. I'll probably write a quick note to explain the situation. I was just worried because I know people have been RFE'd for leaving gaps on employment history and past addresses.

Thanks for your thoughts,

Matt
